Improving outcomes in our communities
In 2023, stakeholders from the areas of education, health, faith, business, non-profit, and local government sectors convened to reinvigorate the community collaborative, Healthy Iowa County. Findings from the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) were discussed and the Community Engagement Toolkit was referenced to align resources and collaborate to improve the health and well-being of all Iowa County residents. We build data-driven action plans that guide our community work and ensure collaborative progress toward shared goals.
Healthy Iowa County collaborative works to improve health outcomes and reduce health disparities in Iowa County.
